The British babe tells Women's Wear Daily, "I'm pleased that a luxury brand such as Alberta Ferretti has decided to create ecological clothes. I believe this is a big step forward for all of the international fashion industry, but also an important step for an increased sensitivity to the problem of ecology. |

"This is really funny but when I was younger I thought I'd be retired by 30," laughed the star in an interview with the British edition of Cosmopolitan. "Now I'm nearly there I can't believe how much more I want to do."The beautiful star shot to fame in the 90s as the lead singer of girl band Destiny's Child. She has gone on to become one of the world's most successful female solo artists, with albums such as 2008's I Am… Sasha Fierce earning her numerous Grammy Awards. She has also launched a movie career, with roles in films such as 2006 box-office smash Dreamgirls proving just how multi-talented she is. "I never imagined I'd have as much success as I've had. I thought it would be great just to get a record out," she smiled. |

The Parisian dinner fete comes after Miss Lively was toasted at a similar function in NYC as part of her Mademoiselle handbag collection promotions.
