The Talented Marjorie Skouras

I just got my subscription of Metropolitan Magazine and there was Designer Marjorie Skouras (whom I admire) decorating her own Hollywood home! Kind of nice to see a designer's own place. Its BEAUTIFUL! She's so talented and being a woman, I admire her even more.

The Outpost in South Africa = No walls

This uniquely designed hotel is situated in South Africa on a hilltop in an untouched wilderness. Only 24 guests for this paradise of a hotel. Made from steel , canvas and aluminum and surprisingly open and unaffected. So basically you are outside when you shower and sleep but with modern ammenities and a few floors up. Its called The Outpost, how appropriate. Not so sure about the sleeping outside though, how about snakes?

Geoffrey Bradfield NYC designer

Geoffrey Bradfield hails from NYC with his high-end designs. His headquarters are in the ritzy upper east side neighborhood on E. 61street, just a few blocks from where I lived on 64th. A very UNIQUE Hotel

This hotel is so awesome, I had to post it now. Its located in Sao Paolo, Brazil and the name of the hoteL is "UNIQUE", no kidding. Perfect name. The design is so impressive to say the least and RED pool water, how'd you like to swim in that? Beautiful!

Alex Papachristidis - True Inspiration

I LOVE this man! He inspires me and makes me want to have lots of money to buy LOTS of furniture. And of course, decorate from floor to ceiling! Well, if I had LOTS of money, I would hire him instead. He is a true decorator. This particular design is from a Park Avenue Apartment he did. Featured in this month’s House and Garden, the stylish, Betsey Johnson. They show you some real neat items in her Manhattan apartment. Its quite obvious how she has incorprated her unique style into her living quarters. She is full of life and i admire her creativity.
