Ivanka Trump Checks Out 9th Annual June Briggs Awards

Stepping out for a swanky evening, Ivanka Trump was seen attending the 9th Annual June Briggs Awards in New York City last night (January 6).

Ms. Trump mingled with Yankees COO Lonn Trost, and Trump SoHo General Manager David Chase at the Plaza Hotel soiree.

Last month, Ivanka made known that she was trying her hand at designing a new shoe line with Marc Fisher Footwear.

She explained, "My time of endorsing other shoe companies is over. My designs are everything I love and want to wear."

Enjoying a high-profile evening out, Jennifer Connelly was spotted at the Chicago premiere of "The Dilemma"last night (January 6).

The "He's Just Not That Into You" actress donned a Lanvin dress and wasn't shy about showing off her growing baby bump.

Earlier this week, Jennifer paid a visit to "The Late Show with David Letterman" during which she gave some insight into her pregnancy.

“I’m feeling great — now. The first three months were very sketchy. You know how like you have your cell phone and you have to stand in one spot? It was like that with nausea.”

“I had to stand in one spot, which happened to be in front of my refrigerator,” she continued, “which was open with me dipping pretzels in cream cheese and stuffing them in my mouth.”

She's the latest in a long line of celebrities with their own signature scents, and Rihanna can't wait for everyone to smell Reb'l Fleur.

The "Take a Bow" songstress explained that the name of her scent came from a very special place.

"My grandmother in Barbados used to call me her Rebel Flower," said Ri-Ri, who also shared that finding the perfect blend was a bit of a chore.

"Over the years, I layered many different scents to get something that was truly my own. But I wanted…something that said 'Rihanna was here.' Something delicious and special, a fragrance with subtle hints that linger and leave a sexy memory."

The new season of "Jersey Shore" is in full effect, and this morning (January 7) the cast of guidos and guidettes was busy on the promotional trail.

Jenni "JWoww" Farley, Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino, Paul "Pauly D" DelVecchio, Vinny Guadagnino, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancolo, and Deena Nicole Cortese were all in attendance as they fielded questions and posed for pictures.

And now that the gang is back in Seaside Heights for an all new season, things are going to be off the hook.

There will be plenty of partying, hooking up, bronzer, hair gel, and profanity to keep "Jersey Shore" on the lips of fans and on top of the ratings.

It seems that love is in the air these days, and the latest celebrity to get engaged is Petra Nemcova.

According to Gossip Cop, the super-hot supermodel accepted a marriage proposal from her British actor beau Jamie Belman.

And although they've only been dating for eight months (Petra previously dated James Blunt) Belman popped the question and Nemcova said "Yes!"

It's extra sweet for Petra, who lost her then-boyfriend Simon Atleein back in the southeast Asia tsunami in December of 2004.

They said "I Do" back in July of 2010 and now Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr are the proud parents of a baby boy.

The "Pirates of the Caribbean" stud and his Victoria's Secret wife welcomed their boy yesterday (January 6).

After announcing her pregnancy in September, Miranda told press, "I've always been open about wanting to be a mother one day, and I've always thought Orlando would be a great dad."

“I think having children and pregnancy is a part of life, I look at how models like Heidi Klum, Adriana Lima and Alessandra Ambrosio have done it and made it a part of their lives.”

They're both major stars in the music industry and Rihanna and Nicki Minaj are gearing up to shoot a music video for their song "Fly."

The Pink Friday chick told press, "We're shooting the video with Rihanna for 'Fly' this weekend. We're going to save the world in more ways than one with the video and that's all I can say about that."

And it sounds like Miss Minaj is a big fan of collaborating with the "Take a Bow" songstress. "I love Ri Ri! I mean, when she's not grabbing my ass, she's a sweet girl."

Nicki also made mention that she'd love to work with all kinds of different artists. “I like everyone. I don’t listen to music based on genre. Like, I’ll hear a song and then I’ll live for that song for like months and I’ll be like, ‘Who the hell is that?’ I listen to Taylor Swift. I like Coldplay. I listen to gospel a lot. I listen to anything that’s just beautiful music.”

Keeping warm with a capelet turtleneck sweater while toting her Prada leopard print bag, the “Newlyweds” babe was surrounded by staffers as she continues her Big Apple business efforts.

Miss Simpson made the trip to NYC alongside fiance Eric Johnson, who sounds to be a hit with Jess’s brother-in-law Pete Wentz.

The Fall Out Boy rocker recently told People magazine, "The great thing about being part of the Simpson family is that they're really welcoming – you feel right at home right away.”

Wentz added, "I only know [Eric] from being around Jessica and I know he makes [her] really happy so that's the best thing in the world.”

A rep for the Jenna Maroney actress confirmed that she is expecting her first child with clothing designer fiance Robert Godley.

Speaking with Us Magazine, the rep told, “Both soon-to-be first-time parents could not be happier.”

The 42-year-old was recently spotted showing off her cute baby bump in a black bathing suit while vacationing in the Caribbean.

Eva Longoria: Beso Bankruptcy

She's had a rough couple of months, and now it is being reported that Eva Longoria‘s restaurant has gone bankrupt.

The "Desperate Housewives" star opened up a Beso restaurant and Eve nightclub in Las Vegas a little over a year ago, and just recently Longoria and her co-investors filed a Chapter 11 petition with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.

With a reported $2.5 million in assets and $5.7 million in debt, the environmentally friendly restaurant and the nightclub right below it, have shut down.

Aside from the bankruptcy, the brunette beauty is also dealing with a divorce from Spurs basketball star, Tony Parker.

While Aishwarya is the only international brand ambassador to be dropped from the new campaign, L’Oreal dropped a second bomb by roping in Freida Pinto, Hollywood’s Indian flavour of the season, in the commercial.
